In addition to the steps you are taking, I would encourage you to use social media to advertise their customer service after the sale failures. I opened a Twitter account specifically for the purpose of tweeting #DELL #MAJORFAIL at every spare opportunity I had. I'm still getting retweets and that was 2 months ago. As well, I went on their Facebook page to lodge complaints (until they blocked me) and then I just kept posting on my own with #Dell and daily status updates. We now only go to a cooperate Verizon store to get our phones. I won't go into the gory details of my phone experience last year, but I will end with I got a brand new iPhone 6 for FREE because of the mess. And it was a mess!!
